Removing and reusing the hook after it has been applied may reduce its adhesive strength.
2. Apply the Front Sticker Outside of window
Apply the front sticker to outside of the window so that it covers the adhesive hook from view.It helps improve visibility and provides UV protection.
3. Hang glowN on the Adhesive Hook
Secure the 3M hook-and-loop strip at the top of glowN to prevent the unit from moving or swinging.
4. Switch on the Power
Connect the power adaptor, then turn on the switch at the bottom of glowN.

You can have it printed easily through an online printing service or a local print shop.
How to Replace the Poster
1. Hold both sides of the glowN Pro unit and lift it upward to remove it from the hook.
2. Open the top-right corner of the front cover and replace the poster.
3. Close the cover and hang glowN Pro back onto the special adhesive hook.
Handwritten Messages
Use the included white film and water-based markers to create your own handwritten messages, promotions, menus, or notices.

Do I have to use the included squeegee during installation?
The adhesive can still be applied by hand, but we strongly recommend using the included squeegee. It helps remove air bubbles between the glass surface and the sticker, improving overall adhesion strength and installation quality.
Is it necessary to apply the front sticker?
Yes, we highly recommend using the front sticker. It helps protect the adhesive strength of the special adhesive hooks from sunlight and UV exposure. In addition, it enhances the visibility of glowN pro, making the display stand out more effectively.
Is the installation process difficult?
No special construction or technical installation is required. Simply attach the special adhesive hooks to the window glass according to the instruction manual and hang the main unit. The installation process is designed to be simple and user-friendly for anyone.
Can I write on both sides of glowN Pro?
glowN Pro features two writable surfaces for maximum flexibility. The front side uses a white writable film, while the back side features a black dry-erase board. Both surfaces can be written on using water-based markers, making it easy to create, update, and customize messages whenever needed.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products can be purchased starting from just 1 unit.
For custom-made / OEM production, orders are available starting from 50 units.
