Orders may be cancelled before they enter the “Preparing for Dispatch” stage.
Once an order is being prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your order.

Dispatch times vary depending on the product:
- Ready-to-order products: Normally dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.
- Bespoke products: Production and dispatch times will be confirmed following consultation. Indicative lead times may also be available in the FAQ section of the relevant product page.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by bank holidays, seasonal demand, courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
If your order has not been dispatched within the stated timeframe, or has not arrived within seven days of dispatch, please contact us.

1. Attach the adhesive hook Inside of window
Position the adhesive hook carefully before attaching it.
Removing and reusing the hook after it has been applied may reduce its adhesive strength.
2. Attach the Front Sticker Outside of window
Apply the front sticker to the outside of the window so that it covers the adhesive hook from view.It helps improve visibility and provides UV protection.
3. Hang glowN on the Adhesive Hook
Hang glowN onto the adhesive hook.
4. Switch the Power ON
Connect the power adaptor, then turn on the switch at the bottom of glowN.

Do I have to use the included squeegee during installation?
The adhesive can still be applied by hand, but we strongly recommend using the included squeegee. It helps remove air bubbles between the glass surface and the sticker, improving overall adhesion strength and installation quality.
Is it necessary to apply the front sticker?
Yes, we highly recommend using the front sticker. It helps protect the adhesive strength of the special adhesive hooks from sunlight and UV exposure. In addition, it enhances the visibility of glowN, making the display stand out more effectively.
Is the installation process difficult?
No special construction or technical installation is required. Simply attach the special adhesive hooks to the window glass according to the instruction manual and hang the main unit. The installation process is designed to be simple and user-friendly for anyone.
Can I write on both sides of glowN?
glowN features two writable surfaces for maximum flexibility. The front side uses a white writable film, while the back side features a black dry-erase board. Both surfaces can be written on using water-based markers, making it easy to create, update, and customize messages whenever needed.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products can be purchased starting from just 1 unit.
For custom-made / OEM production, orders are available starting from 50 units.
