Orders may be cancelled before they enter the “Preparing for Dispatch” stage.

- Ready-to-order products: Normally dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.
- Bespoke products: Production and dispatch times will be confirmed following consultation. Indicative lead times may also be available in the FAQ section of the relevant product page.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by bank holidays, seasonal demand, courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
If your order has not been dispatched within the stated timeframe, or has not arrived within seven days of dispatch, please contact us.

Warranty Exclusions
Subject to your statutory rights, the warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:
- Misuse, negligence or operation contrary to the supplied instructions.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications or incorrect reinstallation.
- Accidental damage, natural disasters or other external causes beyond our reasonable control.

1. Attach the adhesive hook Inside of window
Position the adhesive hook carefully before attaching it.
Removing and reusing the hook after it has been applied may reduce its adhesive strength.
2. Attach the Front Sticker Outside of window
Apply the front sticker to the outside of the window so that it covers the adhesive hook from view.It helps improve visibility and provides UV protection.
3. Hang Wtalk on the Adhesive Hook
Hang Wtalk onto the adhesive hook.
4. Switch the Power ON
Connect the power adaptor, then turn on the switch at the bottom of Wtalk.

How do I print posters for Wtalk?
Wtalk is compatible with standard home and print-shop paper sizes, making posters easy to print using a home printer or local print service.
If you don’t have a printer, posters can also be conveniently printed at local print shops such as Staples or FedEx Office.
Two OPT film sheets are included for enhanced poster display, but standard paper can also be used without any issues.
Is installation difficult?
Not at all. No professional installation is required.
Simply attach the special adhesive hook to the inside of the window, apply the front sticker to the outside, and hang the unit in place.
The setup process is simple and designed for anyone to install easily.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard products can be ordered from as little as one unit.
For custom-made / OEM production, orders are available starting from 50 units.
Is the front sticker required?
We strongly recommend using the front sticker.
It helps protect the adhesive hook from sunlight and UV exposure, improving long-term durability and attachment strength.
It also helps make Wtalk more visible from outside the store.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Wtalk includes a 1-year limited product warranty from the date of purchase and 2 years of adhesive sticker Warranty.
The following cases are not covered under warranty:
- Damage, malfunction, discoloration, or deformation caused by misuse, negligence, or installation conditions
- Issues resulting from non-recommended usage
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors
- Damage occurring during installation
- Installation costs, reinstallation costs after repair or replacement, business losses, penalties, or other indirect expenses
After the warranty period, certain replacement parts (excluding the main unit) may still be available for purchase.
